I just finished with this cow doll and she's so adorable I want to make another!

The dress and apron I knitted as the pattern stated. For the stool legs I knit i-cord instead and inserted the pipe cleaner as I went. For the bucket instead of knitting a separate circle for the inside and having to attach it I cast it on to the inside.
The other added details are some lace around the apron and a little cow bell I attached to the neck trim.
